Overview
Audatex Canada is a subsidiary of Solera. The companies focus on software development and maintenance for automotive body shops, dealers, insurance carriers and many related verticals. Their 2014 website was not responsive nor optimized for digital sales—a complete overhaul from a custom coded WordPress build to a theme based build was completed over the course of a few weeks.
Web features & details
The site uses Wordpress for the CMS (modified CSSIgniter Space9 theme), and Elementor for landing page content.
Navigation simplification
With over three dozen products across several customer types, the navigation was in need of an overhaul. Using some of the theme’s built in filtering tools, the main navigation was reduced to two layers.
Salesforce.com integration
Digital sales funnels were connected directly to the team’s pipeline through intake forms and landing pages.
French translation
The WPML translation suite of plugins was used to manage the French version of the site, moving the backend from a highly customized, hard coded system to a user-friendly interface.
Full content refresh
All main imagery was completely overhauled, and much of the sites’ copy was updated to reflect changes to existing products or add new products. A new blog system brought several disparate content publishing platforms together.
